Do It Yourself Package

We charge a one time fee of $149 for the following services:

1. Find comparables to support your case per county required dates.
2. Provide you with the required application.

*Note the last day to dispute property tax in Colorado is June 1, 2009.

*You can expect to receive your do it yourself package within 10 days of application.
