We charge a one time, flat rate fee of $249 for the following services:

1. Find comparables to support your case per county required dates.
2. Complete the required application form to dispute property tax.
3. Delivery of the completed application form.


*Note: The last day to dispute your property taxes in Colorado is June 1, 2009.

In order to properly complete your file in time, LowerMyPropertyTaxesToday.com must receive your application no later than May 25, 2009. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you in creating your greatest value savings.


* You can expect to receive the results of your property tax dispute by July 15.
